Support MoFAGA in developing a “Socio Economic Recovery Framework” for Local Governments in current COVID-19 context and useful and guiding document for any disasters. The framework will be adapted by all local governments to formulate and implement their specific socio-economic recovery plan in a coordinated manner with humanitarian, cluster agencies and other stakeholders including private sector.
