- Bring people together: We bring national technical experts and local knowledge and expertise from each community together to ensure needs of the client are addressed in the most efficient and effective way possible.
- Develop capacity and transfer skills: We work together with the clients, support organizations and partners. We build the capacity of local clients, organizations, government and communities in project period so doing that support organization can continue our work once we are gone.
- Accountable: We are accountable to clients, governments, support organizations and the communities we work.
