Review the current situation of revenue and expenditure, Analyze the institutional structure with a focus on revenue administration, Recommend ways to make revenue administration more effective and efficient, Organize focus group discussion and a consultation workshop to identify actions for revenue enhancement, Project revenue and expenditure for the next three years, Identify alternative sources of revenue and suggest ways  for raising revenue; Prepare RIAP,  and training manual based on the comments and feedback received; Involve LDTA / respective RTC’s professionals in the process so that RDTC’s capacity will be developed to provide support to other DDCs.
