The task was to prepare results-based PDDPs along with updated district profiles of Banke, Kailali and Surkhet districts as described in the Local Self Governance Act, 1999. Such periodic plans were prepared in accordance with the periodic plan preparation Guidelines of 2002 of the National Planning Commission and in line with the PDDP Guidelines of MoFALD.
