Study on Internal Resource Management and Projection for three fiscal years was the major objective of this assignment. Develop study tools and technique, orientation to DDC staffs for data collection, information and data collection, study on present status of internal resource, data study and analysis, internal revenue projection for three fiscal years, discussion workshop with stakeholders and get feedbacks and comments on draft report, finalize and submit report.
