Generate an estimate of the number of ‘core’ environment-related jobs in the economy;identify those jobs which fulfill agreed conditions for decent work and which therefore constitute ‘green jobs’ under the ILO/UNEP definition by screening on economic and social parameters; Provide qualitative information that will help the reader interpret estimates of both core environment-related employment and green employment and, in particular, any uncertainties; highlight the changes required to turn those core-environment related jobs into green jobs.
