Formulation of RIAP in 3 LGs (Dipayal -Silgadhi, Shikhar and Bitthadchir) and Upgrade/Update the existing RIAPs of one LG (Bheemdatta).

Provide technical support for the formulation of a “Revenue Improvement Action Plan (RIAP) in selected three local governments (Dipayal Silgadhi and Sikhar Municipality and Bitthadchir Rural Municipality) and to upgrade/update the existing RIAP in Bhimdatta Municipality.
