Formulate MTEF of Dhangadhi and Gauriganga Municipality in participatory approach in close coordination with MoFAGA officials and USAID’s Sajhedari team. Major activities were –  bring compatibility between the periodic plan, sectoral plans and annual development plan, and to ensure results-based, resource allocation by local government is practiced; ensure the ranking of projects and allocating resources based on this prioritized of projects; prepare a budget framework based on the actual estimates of the medium-term internal and external resources received by local governments; make public expenditure more effective and efficient for achieving targeted results and make budget forecasting and estimates more realistic.
