The training was conducted in two lots. There were total of 43 participants in first lot and 35 in second lot from CSIO, CSIDB, MEDEP at central level and CISO and CSIDB at district level. Objectives of the training were:  provide knowledge on Result Based Planning and Management; sensitize on GESI and Appreciative Inquiry, enhance the skill of the chiefs of CSIDB and CSIO to formulate Result Based Planning and Management in order to ensure the inclusive, gender friendly, effective and efficient use of all available financial and human resources as per the planned results.
